This is my Home Page, a place where I detail my thoughts, experiences and my homework. I am a soaring pilot; however, I no longer fly. I used to fly hang gliders and as a passenger in sailplane while working on solo. I also flew ultra-lights and Paragliders but when I stopped flying, I also stopped flying R/C.

I am now returning to radio controlled gliding this year, 2024.

I’ve detailed some of my experiences piloting, this blog is not about that, it’s about Radio Controlled soaring. I’m currently in the ramp up phase collecting materials and equipment. Fortunately, my experience is helping but it’s still difficult to interface my bench into my home. We do not have a dedicated garage so my bench will be somewhat portable and compact.

So for now, I’ll detail my progress getting my sailplanewerks factory in shape.
